These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the AlbertaWeb.Design website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

AlbertaWeb.Design provides web design, development, SEO, and digital growth services ("Services"). The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided to you.

Project agreements

Each project is governed by a separate agreement that defines:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Revision and approval process
• Intellectual property rights
• Confidentiality provisions

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for Services, you own the final deliverables (website code, design assets, and content created specifically for your project). We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used in your project remain under their respective licenses.

Client responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals to keep the project on schedule
• Provide accurate information and materials needed for the project
• Make timely payments as outlined in the project agreement
• Not use the website for illegal purposes

Limitation of liability

AlbertaWeb.Design provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the performance of websites built for clients beyond the specific technical specifications outlined in the project agreement.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or the websites we build, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption.

Hosting and third-party services

We may recommend or configure hosting services (such as Cloudflare Pages) as part of our Services. These third-party services have their own terms of service and service level agreements. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or other issues caused by third-party hosting providers.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice according to the terms specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you will pay for work completed up to the termination date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
